Application Requirements and Procedure
We are offering awards of up to $7,500 each to up to seven PhD or postdoctoral candidates in the form of a travel grant for research related to the intersection of technology and geopolitics. Preference will be given to candidates showing real-world applications and addressing critical challenges in public policy.
Eligibility
The applicant must
- Be enrolled in a full-time PhD program, or have successfully completed a PhD program and now be participating in a postdoctoral program.
- At the conclusion of their research, the selected candidate is required to complete a short project report describing the outcome of their research for recognition on the International Strategy Forum platform.
Required Documents
We request a cover letter from an appropriate academic departmental representative certifying that the applicant is enrolled in a full-time PhD program, or has successfully completed a PhD program and now participates in a postdoctoral program.
Project Scope
The funds should be used directly for the research project, such as funds related to field work, language training, and archival work.
