Clarence Cai Asia 2023

Clarence Cai has served in various command and staff appointments in the Singapore Armed Forces. He is currently involved in developing the Defence Cyber Ecosystem to enhance national defence and security against evolving threats. He was a Mason Fellow at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government in 2018/19. He is married to Dr Jocelyn Lim Yixiu and they live in Singapore with their six children.
